The Malawi system is a 12kW power/48kWh energy LFP battery backup system which was installed in December 2022 for Children of the Nations (COTN) Malawi.

The requirement was for a battery backup system that would sustain the campus’s administration block, kitchen, guesthouses, 700 student school, and student dormitories for up to 7 hours during frequent blackouts and significantly reduce  their reliance on a diesel-fueled  generator.
